Position Summary:

We’re hiring a Systems Engineer to support complex Navy IT systems in developing, operating, and maintaining complex technology systems using engineering principles, theories, and concepts. This role requires ability to work on-site at the client location.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Active Secret Clearance (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • CompTIA Security+ certification required. CCNA Certifications Preferred
  • 3-7 Years of experience with systems engineering in support of DoD, Navy, or NAVWAR programs
  • Ability to monitor, validate, and troubleshoot Information Technology systems in a complex technical environment.
  • Ability to operate, administer, and manage systems while following documented procedures.
  • Ability to analyze logs, error reports, and other data to identify trending and conduct root cause analyses.
  • Ability to analyze and recommend solutions for one or more of the following technologies: (i) LAN/WAN switching and routing, (ii) datacenter servers, storage, and hardware virtualization technologies, (iii) zero/thin/thick client workstation hardware and software, (iv) datacenter domain software – Microsoft and/or RHEL, (v) datacenter enterprise software (messaging, collaboration, file share, directory service), (vi) datacenter enterprise management software and methods. (vii) cloud-based hosting and management technologies, (viii) mobile device/handheld solutions, (ix) video distribution and VTC technologies, (x) Cross Domain technologies (xi) wireless LAN configuration and administration, (xii) rack integration and engineering, (xiii) engineering cybersecurity into systems, (xiv) overarching system-of-system architectures and system engineering processes.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in overseeing the production and integration of a next-generation Navy Tactical Communication System. You will be responsible for ensuring that all production activities across multiple sites are executed seamlessly, on schedule, and within budget. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a deep understanding of production management, and the ability to coordinate complex, multi-site projects.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • PMP Certification Preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in production coordination or project management within the defense or aerospace industry.
  • Must have direct experience with tactical communication systems, C4ISR, or similar U.S. Navy programs
  • Proven experience with project management principles, including schedule and budget management for complex technical projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% to both CONUS and OCONUS sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with all production sites to monitor and track progress against project milestones and deadlines.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage the overall production schedule, identifying and mitigating potential delays.
  • Monitor project expenditures and ensure all production activities remain within the allocated budget. Report on financial status and variances.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all site leads, program managers, and government counterparts regarding production status.
  • Proactively identify risks to schedule, budget, or quality, and work with teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports, performance metrics, and financial summaries to senior management and government stakeholders.
  • Support program objectives through required travel to various production sites.
