Position Summary:
We are in search of a motivated individual to join our team as a Contracts Management Analyst I in support of the Navy. This position is ideal for you if you are looking to gain more experience in program support for the Navy, can be organized and have an eye for details, interested in process improvements to efficiently support the Navy’s mission.

An Active Secret Clearance is required.


    • Active Secret Clearance with the DOD is required at time of hire.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
    • At least 1 years of practical experience in supporting DoD/DON Contracts Management.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


General Duties or Experience:

    • Assist the Government in reviewing contract deliverables to ensure they are compliant and complete.
    • Assistance with preparing and processing contract modifications, change orders, and Equipment/Engineering Change Proposal actions.
    • Assist in Market Research and provide support in fact-finding and cost/price analysis.
    • Tracking deliveries, invoices, and payments.
    • Establish and maintain contract and task order files and backup documentation.
    • Attend meetings and provide support when needed in taking meeting minutes and preparing briefing materials.
    • Assist the Government in administrating contract services through various tools residing within the NMCI Enterprise Service Tool (NEST) (i.e., Requirements to Award Processing Tool (RAPT), Network Enterprise Tool (NET)), and others (i.e., Procurement Desktop-Defense (PD2), Acquisition Management System (AMS).
