Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our diverse team. This person will be responsible for the planning, design, integration, and installation of – wired and wireless – complex IP networks. The desired candidate should be competent in routing, switching, VPNs, and Firewalls and should have a strong understanding of common protocols. The Network Engineer shall provide architectural and engineering expertise, including network design, analysis of alternatives, end-of-life planning, technical documentation, and testing.


  • Active Secret Security Clearance.
  • Minimum of 10 years of Network Engineering experience in a DoD, Navy, and/or NAVWAR program or related field.
  • Professional-level certifications must meet CSWF IAT Level II and Computer Environment requirements , CCNP preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.

Essential Functions:

  • Performs design, engineering, implementation, maintenance, and upgrade of the local area networks (LAN)s and/or wide area network (WAN), and/or security infrastructure.
  • Provide production team with solutions and technical assistance for the network solutions.
  • Provide engineering team with analysis of alternatives, concept of operations, and technical assistance on features for network architecture.
  • Assist with site design and document development.
  • Analyze, integrate, program, document, and troubleshoot various network components/systems.
  • Provide end-to-end configuration and testing to include installation templates and guidelines.
  • Create Network interconnection and topology diagrams using PowerPoint, Visio, or similar applications.
  • Install and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and other network devices.
  • Implement specific network solutions to support server requirements to include load-balancing, VPN’s, firewall contexts, and NAT where appropriate.

Position Summary:
The Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), in support of the Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (PEO C4I) Shore and Expeditionary Integration Program Office (PMW 790) is looking for a Scheduler with Integrated Master Scheduling expertise to facilitate and support program planning and implementation activities for the program. This role requires the ability to develop, maintain, and report on complex cross-functional schedules to meet contractual and project requirements for an assigned portion of a Navy program. Interfaces with vendors and customers and monitor and report performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met.


  • Active Secret Clearance with the DOD is required at time of hire.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Prefer Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) Certification and PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI–SP) Certification.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience with Critical Path Management (CPM) scheduling and planning.
  • 3+ years of experience with managing enterprise, portfolio, or integrated schedules.
  • 2+ years of experience with supporting cost and schedule integration.
  • Experience with performing Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA).

Position Summary:

Primary work location is in San Diego, CA. This position requires a DoD Secret clearance.


  • Active Secret Clearance with the DOD is required at time of hire.
  • At least two (2) years of practical experience in Navy Cybersecurity, Engineering, T&E or A&A (formerly C&A) related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, specializing in Information Assurance, Systems Engineering, Network Architecture and Design, or related field of study (desired). High school diploma or HS equivalency certificate is acceptable with greater than five (5) years of experience.
  • Must meet Department of Defense Cyber Security Workforce (CSWF) requirements for Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level II: CAP, CASP+CE, CISSP, CISM, GSLC, CCISO, HCISSP.
  • Expertise with / working knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF).
  • Experience with enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), DoD Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) and Federal Information Assurance Management Act (FISMA) Processes.
  • Expertise with the development of Multiple Cross Domain Solution Appendixes (CDSAs) for production systems. Understanding of CDSA Phase I thru CDSA Phase III Process.
  • Understanding of Navy Network Architectures.
  • Experience in planning, organizing, completing, and presenting assessments of National Security/IA-related concepts, analyses, studies and procedures.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills resulting in the ability to achieve consensus in resolving problems in all phases of acquisition life cycle with all stakeholders.
  • Thorough understanding of DoD Computer Network Defense policy and requirements and have cursory familiarity with CND tools and processes (e.g., network scanners; vulnerability mitigation; remediation; risk management).
  • Working understanding of secure software development and assessment.
