Position Summary:

We are seeking a Systems Engineer for our team to directly support national defense missions by leading the engineering, deployment, and continuous improvement of our SolarWinds network monitoring infrastructure. You will design and evolve enterprise scale monitoring solutions, collaborate with architects and engineers across adjacent technologies, and support modernization initiatives in cloud, automation, and datacenter operations. This role includes hands on engineering, documentation, training delivery, and subject matter expertise across SolarWinds Orion systems.

 

Hybrid role in San Diego, CA.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Clearance is required at time of hire.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • IAT Level II certification: Requires both an IA Certification (e.g., Security+ CE, or higher) *AND* an Operating Environment (OE) Certification (e.g., Windows OS certification, CCNA, SolarWinds, etc.) for CSWF compliance.
  • 5+ years designing and implementing technologies supporting monitoring and automation of enterprise datacenters.
  • 5+ years managing a Windows Server–based IT infrastructure.
  • 3+ years hands on experience engineering, designing, implementing, and maintaining SolarWinds Orion Platform products.
  • 3+ years managing IT infrastructure solutions mid to enterprise scale networks.
  • 2+ years experience in an operations role supporting infrastructure, monitoring, or datacenter systems.
  • Experience architecting, designing, securing, installing, troubleshooting, and documenting integrated server or network solutions.
  • Ability to support on site delivery and collaborate with government stakeholders minimum 2 day per week, with potential expansion as directed by the client.
  • Ability to perform OCONUS Travel (typically 1-3 weeks trip duration, up to approx. 3 times a year, planned 3+months in advance).

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with enterprise server, storage, networking, and software platforms, or equivalent specialization on a major technology stack.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper‑V).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with Python and PowerShell scripting for automation.
  • Experience with network engineering or enterprise network operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, implement, configure, and maintain SolarWinds Orion Platform components, including: NPM, SAM, NCM, SRM, IPAM, WPM, NTA, and VMAN.
  • Engineer scalable monitoring solutions for mid to enterprise scale networks and hybrid datacenter environments.
  • Integrate SolarWinds with Splunk, VMware, Windows Server, Linux, and other ecosystem technologies.
  • Troubleshoot performance, configuration, and monitoring issues across the enterprise.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, solution guidelines, and SOPs.
  • Provide training and hands-on knowledge transfer to operations teams.
  • Serve as the SolarWinds SME for monitoring strategy, capability development, and platform lifecycle optimization.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Front Desk Administrator to provide calendar management support, meeting support, update program documentation, timekeeping support, and other administrative support tasks for the overall program office.  This is an 100% onsite role with high visibility in a SIPR environment.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Clearance with the DOD is required at time of hire.
  • Bachelor’s level degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
  • Requires a minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience, preferably with the Navy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
  • Must be able to able to communicate effectively and professionally verbally and via writing.
  • Advanced writing skills is required to include spelling, grammar, and punctuation for professional level reporting.
  • Able to work onsite in a SIPR environment.
  • Prefer candidates with ERP timekeeping experience and DTS experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the program managers’ calendars, to include scheduling of all personnel, conferences and teleconferences.
  • Manage team classified room reservations, visit requests, bridge lines, and leave tracker.
  • Maintain printer paper, toner supplies, and other office supplies to ensure no outages.
  • Moderate meetings, to include capturing minutes and tracking actions to ensure smooth flow of program’s daily operation.
  • Compile, review and edit the Weekly Reports and Dashboard to ensure program manager is appraised of key program developments.
  • Update and distribute Weekly Staff Meeting briefs and Division roster as needed.
  • Create and update organization charts using VISIO format.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Tactical Networks Cybersecurity Analyst to coordinate all cybersecurity activities and support Assessment and Authorization (A&A) Package documentation planning and development.

Hybrid role located in San Diego, CA.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have an Active TS/SCI with no Foreign Exception Package (FEP) requirements.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience with cybersecurity engineering leading Navy RMF projects, including A&A activities for up-to TS/SCI systems, and the preparation, direct development, and maintenance of RMF artifacts, packages, and deliverables.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Implementing security controls and policies, performing cybersecurity compliance testing using industry standard tools, and performing vulnerability analysis and remediation of networks, systems, and communications protocols
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Computer, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering or Mathematics with field of concentration in computer science.
  • Must have a CompTIA Security + certification
  • Experience with eMASS, including Security Plan development and hands-on processing of packages through workflows, assisting with generating security policies, evaluating assessment documentation, and developing written security risks, mitigations, and recommendations
  • Experience with operating systems, platforms, and technologies, including Windows, Linux, networking, virtualization, or containers

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, develop, and maintain Risk Management Framework (RMF) artifacts, packages, and deliverables to support system validation and authorization to operate (ATO).
  • Perform risk and vulnerability assessments in network, system, and application areas.
  • Coordinate day-to-day cybersecurity operations with program technical leads to discover cyber risks, understand applicable policies, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Maintain RMF documents for system baseline variants that have achieved ATO.
  • Work independently, identify problems and devise analysis and solutions, communicate results to both technical and non-technical audiences, and lead the accomplishments of client tasks from inception to completion.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Network Engineer to support the design and implementation of Navy networks. The role will focus on developing network topologies and templates based on system requirements, creating IP address plans, and preparing detailed test plans and documentation. The engineer will also configure and document SD-WAN solutions to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable network performance. This position requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to translate requirements into effective, well-documented network designs.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Active Secret Clearance, Desire TS/SCI Clearance
  • Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience supporting the engineering of Information Technology systems for a DoD or Government Agency.
  • Minimum of six (4) years’ experience supporting the engineering of DoD Afloat Network systems (CANES, ADNS, ISNS, CENTRIXS, SCI Networks, SUBLAN, and/or COMPOSE).
  • Minimum of six (6) years’ experience engineering solutions for one or more of the following technologies: Cisco Switches, Cisco Firewalls, Cisco ISE.
  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited university in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physical Science required.
  • Must have an active CCNA; CCNP preferred

Additional Required Position Specific Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience developing technical documentation
  • Proven track record of performance in client facing roles that require engagement and relationship building with stakeholders across Navy programs, the DoD, or other federal agencies
  • Experience with SDN/ SD-WAN Technologies and vendors including VMware, NSX-T, Cisco, Juniper, and open-source solutions
  • Experience with network configuration for L2/L3 switches, routers, security appliances (firewalls, NIDS, NIPS, etc)
  • Experience developing and documenting network topologies
  • Experience in troubleshooting and restoring network and system outages
  • Experience in virtualization technologies

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with RF communications, specifically MILSATCOM or COMSATCOM technologies.
  • Experience leveraging NetDevOps or DevSecOps to scale enterprise level engineering projects.
  • Experience with Network Automation in Python, Ansible, NETCONF, and/or RESTCONF
  • Experience modeling network configuration in JSON, YAML, or Jinja
