Position Summary:

We are seeking a Network Engineer to support the design and implementation of Navy networks. The role will focus on developing network topologies and templates based on system requirements, creating IP address plans, and preparing detailed test plans and documentation. The engineer will also configure and document SD-WAN solutions to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable network performance. This position requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to translate requirements into effective, well-documented network designs.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Active Security Clearance (Secret or higher) required, TS/SCI Desired
  • Minimum of six (6) years’ experience supporting the engineering of Information Technology systems for a DoD or Government Agency
  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited university in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physical Science required.
  • Must have an active CCNA; CCNP preferred

Additional Required Position Specific Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience developing technical documentation
  • Proven track record of performance in client facing roles that require engagement and relationship building with stakeholders across Navy programs, the DoD, or other federal agencies
  • Experience with SDN/ SD-WAN Technologies and vendors including VMware, NSX-T, Cisco, Juniper, and open-source solutions
  • Experience with network configuration for L2/L3 switches, routers, security appliances (firewalls, NIDS, NIPS, etc)
  • Experience developing and documenting network topologies
  • Experience in troubleshooting and restoring network and system outages
  • Experience in virtualization technologies

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with RF communications, specifically MILSATCOM or COMSATCOM technologies.
  • Experience leveraging NetDevOps or DevSecOps to scale enterprise level engineering projects.
  • Experience with Network Automation in Python, Ansible, NETCONF, and/or RESTCONF
  • Experience modeling network configuration in JSON, YAML, or Jinja
  • Experience developing and maturing complex, collaborative networking projects and working autonomously to move network development forward.

We’re hiring a Systems Engineer to support complex Navy IT systems—planning, designing, integrating, and managing installation efforts across Navy networks. This Systems Engineer would be supporting CANES Development team and be compiling white papers as needed and recommending Courses of Action (COA) for future CANES capabilities. This role requires an active Secret Clearance and on-site work at the client location.

What You’ll Need

  • Active Secret Clearance (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
  • CompTIA Security+ certification (required)
  • 5+ years of experience in providing systems engineering support for DoD, Navy, or NAVWAR programs
  • Experience with Ansible, Git, and Bitbucket
  • Familiarity with Navy networks like CANES or ADNS
  • Experience with encryption, networking protocols, and data security
  • Experience with current server, switching, storage, networking, and virtualization technologies.

Position Summary:

We are recruiting for a PM Support Role on an US Navy IT Program, who can translate larger program requirements and goals into well designed project plans and assist the client in developing innovative solutions to complex problems.

In this position, you will convert broad program objectives into well-structured project plans and help the client create innovative solutions to solve dynamic issues. Your ability to leverage and accelerate to adoption of Agile project management methodologies will be key to your success in this role.

Requirements:

  • Must have an Active Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of experience of working on Navy IT Projects
  • Must have agile project experience.
  • Experience planning, scheduling, coordinating, and delivering IT projects
  • Experience developing program baselines and identifying program risks
  • Knowledge of technical concepts, best practices, and developing client solutions
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction, and help lead a team
  • Ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workstreams

Additional:

  • Experience with performance management improvement in support of IT governance
  • Knowledge of Governance Risk and Compliance management to ensure that projects support appropriate risk standards and compliance requirements
  • Knowledge of vendor management to ensure that vendors, contracts, and Service Level Agreements are aligned
